Push/Pull strives to feature members that have a high level of talent and unique style. Our members will profit best when they are able to bring a wide range of products. If income is a concern, we recommend artists with only original work not submit at this time.
Members are not employees or volunteers, but co-owners of Push/Pull.
There are options for in-person customer interaction, no customer interaction and remote only roles. Members take on a role with specific tasks as well as having a say in the direction of Push/Pull. We refer to roles as "teams" though they may have anywhere from 1-3 people.

Shop (in-person customer) - runs customer hours, puts out a-board signs, receives and enters new stocks, some maintenance
Operations (non-customer hours) - cleaning/sanitizing, restock products, order supplies & equipment, maintenance and repairs
Orders (non-customer hours) - online order processing, special product requests from customers, shipping supply and postage management
Artist Services (remote) - prepare and send inventory/sales reports, review return requests, handle other artist questions, request inventory
Push/Pull Press (remote) - book layout, inventory management, contracts & releases, contributor payment requests, submitting books for print

Marketing (remote) - newsletters, marketing materials, campaigns, advertising
