Saturday Teen Art Meetup/Class
For nearly 5 years our Teen Art Program has provided low-cost and free programming to Seattle's youth at our Ballard location. While we take a break from meeting in-person, we're bringing you a new online program. This is open to all teens 13 - 18. Classes are Saturday 4:00pm - 6:00pm. Maxx Follis-Goodkind is the main instructor, though there may be an occasional substitute. We'll work on drawing, illustration, character development, story-telling and art composition. There is a form below. Even if you have applied before, please fill this out as it covers things specific to the online learning environment. Tools needed will be a sketchbook, pencils, black pens and any other art supplies they would like. All class meetings happen over Zoom. We use Google Classroom to organize communications to students. Enrolled students will received a personalized discount code that will get them 50% off all other Push/Pull classes.
**New for fall 2020, we are considering applications for 11 & 12 year olds in middle school as space is available. If you are interested, please complete the application and we will get back to you if we are able to accept you at this time.
